hi,
I've got my company registered (AZYPP7021KSD001) in September,2012 but since then it wasn't active till date and there were no transactions at all. I've just now started up but with a new location in the same area and city and never filed the return. I'm seeking guidance on above stated concerns.

you can revise the ST2. login to ACES and file for revision.
