Foreign Manufactur Co. start business in India
Dear Sir, For a Foreign Manufacturing Company start business in India we have identified following options. 1. Establish a concern in India and Sale of units by Foreign Manufacturing company (FMC) to Indian Company (IC) 2.Direct sale by FMC to customers and rewards to IC. 3. PE establishment 4. Opening a Joint Venture in India Kindly tell me advantages and disadvantages under above options with following considerations a.Excise Duty b. Income tax regulations c. FEMA d. Service tax, Sales tax issues, CENVAT credit e.commercials f. sales realisations / collection G. Any other issues.
