10 May 2010 i want to know that a builder purchase raw material on different vat percentage and complete a building but now on what percentage i calculate tax on his gross receipt

10 May 2010 You need to raise the bills the Applicable VAT rate wise

11 May 2010 sir i tell u my problem from gross receipt i less my labour profit and material purchased and now i want to know that on what rate i calculate tax with the range of punjab vat act first it is 4% now i calcuate at 5% but my lawer calculate at 12.5% i am confuse is it ok with 5% or 12.5%
