Please advice the procedure for a company registered in central excise wants to trade the goods of tax paid material (purchase without excise duties) in the same premise.

you need to specify separate premises "demarked" for the purpose and seek permission of Deputy commissioner for such acts, otherwise the goods would be treated as manufactured by yourself.
