Dear Sir,
We want to know about the tax on employment u/s 16 (iii).
what is this ? why this is applicable.
Also we want to know it is applicable to Govt- Employee only or both are.

Tax on employment nothing but the professional tax deducted from employee salary under State Professional tax act. this will be allowable deduction from Income from salary
