componsation received on compulsory aqusition of agriculture land is taxable or not ? , if govt. deduct tds on compunsation received what can we do ?

If agricultural land is compulsorily acquired, than there are no tax treatments on the compensation received on the same wef. 01/04/04. If TDS is deducted, than you have to file the return & get it refunded.
