HI ALL EXPERTS,
I WANT TO ASK ONLY THAT IS TDS DEDUCTED ON ADVANCE SALARY,SUPPOSED WE GIVE ADVANCE 15000 TO AN EMPLOYEE AGAINST SALARY FOR THE MONTH OF DEC.SO CAN I DEDUCT TDS @10.3% AT THAT TIME OR AT THE TIME OF CALCULATE FINAL TAX MEANS MARCH 31

no u need to deduct tds even in advance also
