21 March 2015 Dear Experts, I am working with a company and already submitted Tax proofs in the month of Dec-14. Due to insufficient savings, there was deduction and company is deducting proportionate of amount Jan to March. However, this month March 14, I have purchased a tax saving policy. In this case, would I be eligible to claim refund. Please assist me accordingly. Regards, Rakesh
