whether TDS is deducted on courier services availed by the company u/s 194C if it exceed 20,000/50,000 criteria & does not provide any PAN.
the same would be the treatment in case alongwith courier if goods are transported thru airways or any other mode of transport.
Like Blue Dart carry simple courier as well as consignment also. so on which transaction TDS req. to be deducted.

Tds u/s 194c has to be deducted.only goods carriage as per Motors vehicle Act are outsuide the purview of section 194C.
