when the payer deducts , it is called Tax deducted at source........but when payee collects the tds also and makes payment it is called TCS

TCS : Payee collects TDS and also makes its payment.

TDS:- Tax Deducted at Source (The payer deduct the taxes on specified expenditures/ payments)
TCS:- Tax Collected at Source (The seller/ payee collect taxes from the payer)
