Dear All,
Our company purchasing the liquid items in tins and other materials in bags after usage we are selling the empty tins and bags to party "x" he again reselling that to others. In this connection whether we have to collect TCS on sale of scarp to "x".

the ans is no as it doesnt fall in scrap definition but are reusable goods.
