30 March 2015 Dear Sir, We are a distributor for food products as well service oriented business, In order to consider whether we fall under tax audit, Do we require to take both Trading as well as services as a Total Turnover for thresholding limit of Rs. 1 crore or only trading activity. Pls clarify the doubt. Regards, AK

30 March 2015 trading shall be taken seperately from service income, in short for trading income check whether the gross reciepts exceeds rs 1 crore or not excluding income from providing services.
