what is the due date for submission of Tax Audit u/s 44AB and VAT Audit as well.

Due date for 44AB is 30th Sept. For VAT depends on the respective state laws. For example in KERALA state, as per KVAT , it is 31st October for non corporate's and 31st December for corporate's.
