16 September 2011 sir,

there is a private ltd. company having turnover 20 lac

so compulsory audit will b applicable.

sir please inform me, weathere it is a tax audit??will it be counted for 45 limit if turnover is less then 60 lac???

in which form(3ca/b) we have to report it??

16 September 2011 1.Turnover is less than Rs 60 lacs for the Assessment Year 2011-12 compulsory audit (Tax Audit U/s 44AB will not be applicable)
2.Statutory audit is must for Limited Companies irrespective of turnover.
3.Statutory audit will not be counted for 45 Tax Audit limits if turnover is less than Rs 60 lacs
