Sir if individual turnover is 1.5 cr and profit below exemption limit can he required Tax Audit us 44ab

If his profit is less than 8% then he fall under Tax Audit (44AB) case...

No need of tax audit since assessee is an individual and conditions for tax audit as
in 44AD(5) is not satisfied.

But in Income tax return its not accept. which return i filled. itr 4-3 not accept.
