sir,
I receive commission on
recharge of mobile balances @2% from xyz co and yearly recharges are around 25 cr.so Am I liable for tax audit and under business or service if yes...

Commission Income is around 50 lacs. This is a business and turnover limit for the purpose of tax audit is Rs. 1 Crore.
