14 August 2012 firstly verify the opening balance from balance sheet of last year.Then do vouching of all purchases ,sales ,incomes,Expenses,and cash.
while doing vouching check proper supporting of all vouchers,check the accounting head and all other vouching procedures to be applied.
Then do the ledger scrutiny of all ledgers.
After doing all checkings prepare the balance sheet, P & L and all schedules and annexures. Prepare the 3CA, 3CB, and 3CD Form.
