30 July 2012 If partnership firm in Tax Audit kya Partners ki bhi tax audit hogi and firm return filing date 30/09/2012 what is the return filing date of partner ??????

30 July 2012 1. If the partnership firm is liable to tax audit then due date for filing the return is 30th September.

In such a case, the due date for filing return by the partners is 30th September.

2. If the firm is liable to tax audit, the partners do not automatically become liable to tax audit.

They will be liable to tax audit only if their turnover exceeds the specified limit.
