06 September 2011 Can anyone provide me with detail info regarding Tax Audit.. Also i wanna know which sections to refer while doing that...
And if possible please give me a checklist of it...

08 September 2011 Tax audit is covered by the provisions of Section 44AB of the Income Tax Act. You have to audit the accounts as per the requirement of the Form No. 3CD and report accordingly. In case the profit is less than 8% in cases of presumptive taxes then also tax audit is required.
