TANGIBLE ASSETS - WHICH HAS A PHYSICAL FORM WHOSE VALUE CAN BE OBJECTIVELY MEASURED LIKE LAND AND BUILDING, PLANT AND MACHINERY, FURNITURE ETC.,
INTANGIBLE ASSETS - THOSE ASSETS WHICH DOE NOT HAVE A PHYSICAL FORM - LIKE GOODWILL, PATENTS AND TRADE MARKS, BRAND NAMES ETC.
