TAN Surrender

11 March 2011 We try to surrender through 49b , but they are rejecting the same
by saying that if you have more than one tan number, you can surrender
other one, but if you have only one tan number, the same cannot be surrender

please suggest us the wayout of surrendering the same TAN number
