when make slalary due entry then credit the advance a/c with 1000 then salary due become less with advance a/c
or
when make advance debit to salary payable a/c
and in 5th july with rs. 9000/- debit to salalry payable a/c
then you salary rs. 10000/- debit in salary payable a/c
