26 June 2013 if i hv paid 1000 as adv salary for the june on 4th june, Total salary of Rs. 10000 become due @ end of month & remaining salary paid on 5th Jul. what will be the entries and in which voucher. plz suggest.... need ur help.... plz....

26 June 2013 you can deduct from salary and paid remain rs. 9000/-

create advance a/c of employee
when make slalary due entry then credit the advance a/c with 1000 then salary due become less with advance a/c

or

when make advance debit to salary payable a/c
and in 5th july with rs. 9000/- debit to salalry payable a/c

then you salary rs. 10000/- debit in salary payable a/c
