Can we make journal like first credit then debit in tally any version... ???

Can we do Credit First & Debit Afterwards...

i.e. if i want to do journal of Depreciation then can i first Credit Asses then debit Dep. like that...

20 November 2012 Ok. Now I understand. The format of the journal voucher is predefined and CANNOT be altered.

So first debit field will appear and then the credit field.

You CANNOT reverse the order.
