i have steel trading business in karnataka.
my brother is looking after it. now i am shifting to karnatak and want my do business on my own.
Tin no is on his name.
kindly tell me how to take over the business

You shall have to purchase the business as a SALE OF RUNNING CONCERN.. however you shall be required to take a new TIN no. for the same.
