where this swachh bharat cess has to be levied and what is the turn to implement it.

11 March 2015 its for service value... still its been a confusion going on whether it wil b charged on service tax amount or the value of service...

so lets wait for notifications to b clear in this matter

at present it is not to be leived as since its not made effective by dept and it may be applicable only on specified services only.
