I want to surrender my service tax registration online.please advice what procedure i have to follow for it?
which documents required to be submitted in hard copies to jurisdiction for it?
I have not possess original ST 2 copy,then whether duplicate copy can be submitted?

Dear Anjali,
Login to your account on aces.gov.in and then cilck on reg and in that menu, click on surrender.
you can download a copy of the ST 2 from the same website.

I think the copy that you download from the website would be sufficient.
at the most you can write a covering letter stating that you have lost the original certificate and that you are attaching the dowloaded copy of the certificate.
