Surrender of registration certificate

19 December 2011 i got the procedure for surrender of registration certificate and as per the procedure i had created a login ID and password on the site but after login a screen appears i click on "REG" but in that menu only three options are coming 1)Fill NON assessee 2)fill ST1 Form 3)change password there is no option for surrender of password,
is there any mistake m making? please help?

19 December 2011 While clicking 'REG' ,thirteen options appears in sub menu out of which the eighth is 'surrender' option.

19 December 2011 m handling the service tax portion of my client but i registered my self on www.aces.gov.in and after registration on three options are coming, no 8 options?

i have to register the client only for surrender?
