On the death of the person,is their mandatory requirement for surrender of PAN/TAN?
If Yes,What's the procedure?
Is their any Section in Co.Act,1956 on surrender of PAN/TAN on winding up of the Company?
If Yes,What's the procedure?

Legal Heirs of deceased person can apply
to respective ITO for cancellation of Pan
Number stating fact and by attachment of
certificate.
But Take care if some Bank F.D. or
other liquid assets are undistributed
then it is not advisable to Cancell Pan
because you will not be able to claim
any T.D.S. deducted by Bank or Otherwise
