Dear sir,
We have received contract with material supply form Ghaziabad and our firm has situated at delhi but we are purchasing goods from Haridwar then can it is possible to bring goods from haridwar to Ghaziabad.

Yes, under bill-to-ship-to the Haridwar supplier bills your Delhi firm with IGST and ships directly to the Ghaziabad site (Sec 10(1)(b) IGST Act), and you bill the Ghaziabad customer with IGST; one e-way bill showing your firm as bill-to and the Ghaziabad site as ship-to is enough.
