sir if someone reading padukha book for ca ipcc auditing subject then it is sufficient for all preparation or need to refer some other book?

You must also refer Study Material, RTP & PM of ICAI in addition to Padhuka book.

PADUKHA as reference book is fine. However in audit it is must to refer ICAI study material as rightly suggested above.
