sir my self is divay mangal.i am doing study on group 2 of ipcc.i am confusing that which reference book or any study material of information technology adopt for best preparation of exam.
kindly requested all of u suggest me IT study material which i adopt.i am waiting plz reply soon..

You can do ITSM from Study Material, Practice Manual and RTP. If you want ro buy a reference book then opt for Dinesh Madan's ITSM book.
