How to increase the number of subscribers to MOA of a proposed company?
What is the procedure and requisite forms to be filled for the same?
I filled Form 1A with 2 subscribers. Now the number of subscribers have increased to 10. What procedure I need to follow before incorporation?

No other procedure is there...
Go on filing Form1, 18, 32 as usual...u will need to include a NOC in form 1. The noc should be given by the original two subscriber whose name was included in Form 1A. The noc would mention that they have no problem in including the name of those people who were previously not mentioned in form 1A.
Sign and attach the same in attachment where you have a separate option of attaching NOC if there is changes in original subscribers.
