13 January 2014 Dear All, I want to know that what Can I attached in form 18 (ROC) like as Registered Office Address.

13 January 2014 i) Rent agreement and building tax receipt OR

ii) No objection letter from Director and building tax receipt if building is owned by Director of the company OR

iii) Letter from the owner of the building and building tax receipt, if building is not taken on lease. This letter should be counter signed by the professional who is digitally signing the form 18.
