Study without coaching

15 November 2011 can we study corp. laws and audit without coaching in ca final , becoz i m very much against of taking coaching of theoritical subjects , if the answer is yes then can some of u give me some important tips regarding the same ...

15 November 2011 Not only for theory but for practical subject also one sud try to learn himself/ herself. On shud not hav mindset of join coachings. Coachingis sheer waste of time, making frnds, gossiping, messaging in the class. now a days size of class is of 100-250 students god know how many students sleep in the class.
my advice is to self study at least law audit. Refer good book. Munish bhandari (the thick one if you wnat ot clear in one attemtp) and Paduka for audit.
just dont mug up the sections in law. Every section has some logic / rational behind it. try to understand that. then you will not have to remember even sections.

Same withthe audit.
