23 April 2011 Dear Sir,

We have struck off the Company before 7 year. On MCI site status -struck off shown. Now we need the same company name. We are ready to do all legal formalities with good and constructive intention.

Can any body help me to provide is there any avenue to do so ? pros and cons for the same ?

23 April 2011 Pl file a pettion under section 560(6) of the companies act,1956 before the jurisdictional high court seeking permission to restore the name of the company in the register maintained by the ROC. Upon restoration, file all pending returns before ROC through MCA portal so as to make the company's staus as 'ACTIVE'.
