Stock detail monthly to be submited to bank on his formet.Opening +purchase/production-sale=Closing stock X rate= value.
debtors detail & creditors detail also provide forcalculation of DP.

ULTIMATELY THEY GIVE CC LIMIT AS 75% OF THE PAID UP VALUE OF STOCK+ DEBTOR OUTSTANDING UPTO 3 MONTHS.
PAID UP VALUE OF STOCK= VALUE OF CLOSING STOCK-CREDITORS FOR RAW MATERIALS.
GIVE ME YOUR ID I CAN GIVE YOU THE FORMAT OF ORIENTAL BANK OF COMMERCE.
IN ADDITION TO BANK STATEMENT YOU ARE ALSO REQUIRED TO SUBMIT QIS (QUARTERLY INFORMATION SYSTEM)TO BANK.
