We need to submit the stock statement to bank while calculating the stock statement some customers will give advance on order confirmation how to show the advance on stock statement

28 September 2012 If the Advances from Customers is shown in stock statements, then your Drawing Power (DP) will be reduced proportionately to that extent.
Generally all borrowers are not disclosing the Advance amount received from customers.

If U want to disclose U can show after sundry creditor amount separately.
