Still not received sro number and registration letter

Sir,
I sent the CPT registration form in the last days.. In hurry i didnot take a copy of DD and Application form.
I didnt recived any Letter or books from ICAI and even a msg of SRO number.
Please help me what to do now? and i have to make an exam application form and its not possible with SRO number..

Contact to your regional Branch for the reg. and joining date details..
It may take sometimes to get the reg. letter and the books..
