can single audit is sufficient? if yes will it be counted in IT act audit or statutory audit?

09 February 2012 Audit under any statue has a specific purposes and has a different reporting requirements.. so IT audit needs to be done to verify the compliance of IT act and a separate report is to be issued as required under that act.. similarly companies act..
