does company requires separate audit under IT act and companies act?
can single audit is sufficient? if yes will it be counted in IT act audit or statutory audit?

Audit under any statue has a specific purposes and has a different reporting requirements.. so IT audit needs to be done to verify the compliance of IT act and a separate report is to be issued as required under that act.. similarly companies act..
