Needed to know the procedure, required documents and pre-requisites for starting an NBFC company specifically for providing Home Loans(Housing loans) and 2 wheeler loans.
Urgently require this.

You need to register your NBFC with ROC,
you have to draft MOA & AOA with prescribed Business Clause.
