Depends on the state stamp act in which the firm is proposed to be registered. Some rates are given below.
If no capital:-
Andhra pradesh -- Rs.100/-
Karnataka -- Rs.100/-
Kerala -- Rs.1000/-
Tamil nadu -- Rs.50/-

Andhra pradesh -- Rs.100/-
Karnataka -- Rs.100/-
Kerala -- Rs.1000/-
