What is the rate of stamp duty payable on allotment of shares by unlisted private company in Andhrapradesh. Is stamp duty payable on allotment of shares by unlisted private limited companies ? Will appreciate if anyone provides the relevant section and provisions of the Act alos.

For allotment of equity shares in any kind of company no stamp duty is required to be paid.
When you issue share certificate you have to put stamp on the share certificate.
