27 July 2011 The time period for revising Service Tax return is 90 days from the date of filing.


My query is that can we revise the return after 90 days. Is there any way of doing that.

Actually we have observed an error in the returns filed.

Plz suggest.......

27 July 2011 There is no way out of revising return after the expiry of 90 days.

The only solution available is you make necessary amendments in next return to rectify the mistakes of previous returns.
