Dear,
mr.A local government contractor is making RCC water tank, check dem etc. during the last year turnover above 9 lakhs. so please suggest me mr.A need to registration under service tax.and his liability for pay ST.??

he requires registration but there is no need to pay service tax if services are less than 10 lakh
