17 January 2013 sir, I had been registered with service tax and field ST-1, but due to wrong name of applicant I was withdraw my st-1, then again when i am login massage display (The registration is either Withdrawn, Rejected or Surrendered so you can not login with this user name). After then I was register as a new user and fill the ST-1 but i can not submit the ST-1 because it again give massage (that Your Request Can not be Processed, Please contact the System Administrator.) SIR PLEASE SUGGEST ME WHAT I DO PLEASE ALSO MAIL ME MY ID IS VIKAS.CHANDRA@YAHOO.COM

This kind of error usually happens because the earlier registration with the wrong name is still active in the system as "Withdrawn" or "Rejected," and the portal is blocking the new ST-1 submission under the same details or PAN.

Here’s what you can do:

1. **Check the status of your old registration:**
Log in with your old credentials (if possible) or contact the service tax helpdesk to confirm if your old registration is fully cancelled or surrendered.

2. **Raise a grievance on the service tax portal:**
There is a “Grievance” or “Helpdesk” section on the Service Tax website. Raise your issue there explaining the situation. They can help reset or unblock your registration.

3. **Contact the Service Tax Department:**
Sometimes, system errors need manual intervention. Visit or call your local Service Tax office or the Central Excise Commissioner’s office and explain the issue. Provide your PAN, old registration details, and the problem faced.

4. **Try clearing browser cache or use a different browser:**
Sometimes portal issues are browser-related.

5. **Avoid creating multiple registrations:**
Since multiple registrations with same PAN cause conflicts, wait for the department to resolve your issue.
