09 November 2013 Kindly suggest whether transaction with MCX for purchase/ sale of commodity ( like copper, natural gas, zinc,crude oil etc.) will be treated as speculation transaction or not. Please clarify your answer in two situation :
1. when actual delivery take
2. without actual delivery take
