Special rebate u/s 12 of kerala value added tax

14 October 2017 Sir,

Whether we will get Special rebate for the whole amount of tax paid on Unregistered purchase ?

Or can we claim the amount in any other period or in the month of purchase itself ?

Can any one give me the brief description regarding Special rebate and how it will be passed through financials.

14 October 2017 Generally special rebate is allowed in the moth of purchase itself. But in case of
plywood, packing cases, splints and veneers, special rebate have to be availed
during the next return period. In the case of capital goods, the same shall be
allowed over a period of 3 years.
