Slab Rate-Individual Non Resident

Hello Expert Sirs,
Whether slab rate(Rs 1.60 Lac...for A.Y.10-11) is applicable to a non resident individual. or have to pay flat 30 + 2.5 + 3 % tax.
We are paying salary to an individual non resident here in India and also service rendered in India only.We are supposed to file his Income Tax Return,Plase advice whether we have to compute his Income Tax liability,considering Slab rate or have to compute @ flat 30+2.5+3% basis.

There is no separate tax slab for non-resident individual. The regular slab rate will be applicable.
