Sign of moa and aoa by directors

Pl clarify following:
1. Is there any need to sign every page of MOA and AOA or signing of only subscriber sheet is suffice.
2. In MOA whether entire format is same for every pvt. co. except main objects
3. Is there any restriction in forming co. dealing with finance.
pl confirm the same asap. thanks.
1. Sign only subscribers sheet by own hand written.
2. Yes, subscriber sheet of MOA & AOA will be same for private as well as public limited company.
3. Yes, in case of NBFC it is also required RBI approval.
You can also check, in case of financing company, the ROC approval letter of proposed name what they have mentioned for financing company.
