If a AGM is Convenend with a Shorter Notice Issued then at What Time the Consent of Shareholders be accorded ,means before all businesses be transcated or when
and pls provide the shorter notice adoption ressolution.

17 June 2011 As per section 171 of the Act, at least 21 days clear notice shall be given to all the members of the company for convening of the annual general meeting.

An annual general meeting may be called on a shorter notice than 21 days, provided it should be consented by all the members entitled to vote at the annual general meeting in the prescribed Form 22A.
